Apply 1 drop of serum on your fourth finger and spread around both eye area.
1) To reduce puffiness, apply from inner eye corner towards the outer.
2) To reduce wrinkles, apply from outer eye corner to inner.
The same for the upper eye lids. Either directions are fine for those targeting dark circles only.
